I was looking for something more durable than other cardboard cat claw houses I've had - it's cute and durable - and real wood and fabric - it's just a tad smaller than I figured so cats wouldn't get in there as often as I was hoping. But they definitely play with it. One of them is constantly pulling little rubber rings out of the ball access holes and carrying them around. One hit him hard and broke the little stick in half, but I was able to glue it back together. Overall cats love it - just wish it was a little bigger.
