Not ready for the big leagues

More comfortable than my old Ikea chair, that's for sure. I will say that for what I paid during Revain's lightning sale, this chair is worth it's money. The problems I have with him are very minor. Let's start with the lumbar pillow, it's rock solid and uses two straps that go through the strap holes and under the seat to stay in place. This keeps it centered, but I found I had to keep lifting it up because it would sink to the bottom of the seat. The headrest pillow is a nice addition, and the large holes for the hard plastic straps make it kind of necessary. Otherwise when you recline you just bang your head on the plastic and whatever the chair is because there isn't much padding. The next thing that worries me is the assembly, it comes in this monster box and everything is wrapped and packaged really well. But the main part is attaching the backrest to the seat and I had to massage it for 10-15 minutes because it wasn't leveling properly, the ridges on the seat bottom seemed crooked and inserting the threads deep didn't get any easier . Finally the plastic covers for the rocker mechanism, the handleless side snaps easily into place, just align and lock in place with a sharp thump. The flip side was a different story though, one of the box's tabs was broken so no matter how hard it's hit it doesn't stay in place but pops out instantly. My final complaint that annoys me the most is the wheels. They have these little plastic caps on either side to close the middle. 2 per wheel, 5 wheels per chair, 10 total. Within an hour of assembling I had 6 of these on the floor. I've given up trying to put them back in place, they don't break or anything, they just sit loose. I like the adjustable armrests and thick foam seat (though a bit firm). The fit and finish leave a lot to be desired for something they are trying to sell at the same price as the big boys like DXRacer and Maxnomic.
