Human seat glove.

This is the most durable chair I have ever sat on. I weigh over 250 pounds and this chair fits me like a glove. Excellent back support, strong lateral support and a very comfortable headrest. Only my impatient assembly cost me two pads on the sides of the back, there was no way to hammer them as I cracked both with my palm. This is not a disadvantage, just take your time.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Comfortable chair, good support from company

I love this chair for its comfort and support. Assembly wasn't easy, the seatback is very snug against the backrest and I almost broke my back putting it together. Once assembled, it proved solid and well worth the price. I had an issue where the plastic cover surrounding the rocker arm ripped. RapidX sent me replacement parts for free with no problems (their support is really good). Also, there are small hubs on the wheels that come loose randomly. I've tried reinstalling them but they keep…

Great looks good quality

The strongest chair I've ever bought. I broke it over time, and now it's pretty comfortable. In photos it looks rather gaudy, in person the colors are a bit muted. The chair structure is smooth with sufficient grip and cools well. The assembly was fairly easy, except that the cheap plastic pads that are supposed to cover the connection between the backrest and the seat broke, but I still think it works better without. My biggest concern is that the locking bar that prevents you from reclining…

Difficult to assemble.

This chair is VERY difficult to assemble. Assembling the chair back and chair seat is a chore. The holes in the backrest do not line up exactly with the holes inside the chair. You'll have to play around to find it. I recommend doing the seat back side first. I don't know if you'll want someone else to help you, but if you do, find someone with a lot of patience, because assembling this chair will use up your patience and that of your helper very quickly. Chair covers are very cheap, very…

Good wearing comfort, I like it!

I've had this chair for about a month now and I LOVE IT! I'm a gamer and do a lot of homework on the computer, so I sit at the computer a lot and my previous chair put a lot of strain on my back. I was looking to get a new chair and didn't know what to buy until I saw this. I was very excited when I received this chair, but before I could use it I had to assemble it. This took about 25 minutes with the help of this video I found online ([.]). It is very adjustable and now when I fall asleep I…

Sturdy Chair/Great Customer Service

I received this chair as a surprise gift from my wife this Christmas. I already have a Herman Miller that I use for work, but I mentioned that I need a high-back chair for gaming and other media. As mentioned in other reviews, the chair is very heavy and feels sturdy. It's not difficult to assemble as others have suggested. However, we broke the side covers during assembly (make sure the screws are as tight as you'd like before attaching the covers as trying to remove them will almost certainly

I have to say I am very happy with this item

I chose this chair over another competitor because I love the look, all the chairs on the market look the same and this one with the checkered one Design really stood out from the rest. I have to say that I am very satisfied with this item. I'm a graphic designer by day and a gamer by night, and a good chair is just as important to me as a good mattress for a good night's sleep. I work from home and usually spend an average of 8-10 hours in the chair between work and play and I was looking for…

Not ready for the big leagues

More comfortable than my old Ikea chair, that's for sure. I will say that for what I paid during Revain's lightning sale, this chair is worth it's money. The problems I have with him are very minor. Let's start with the lumbar pillow, it's rock solid and uses two straps that go through the strap holes and under the seat to stay in place. This keeps it centered, but I found I had to keep lifting it up because it would sink to the bottom of the seat. The headrest pillow is a nice addition, and…
