Review on 🏁 RapidX Gaming and Lifestyle Chair: Finish Line Edition - Black Checkered Flag Pattern by Brian Delgado

I received this chair as a surprise gift from my wife this Christmas. I already have a Herman Miller that I use for work, but I mentioned that I need a high-back chair for gaming and other media. As mentioned in other reviews, the chair is very heavy and feels sturdy. It's not difficult to assemble as others have suggested. However, we broke the side covers during assembly (make sure the screws are as tight as you'd like before attaching the covers as trying to remove them will almost certainly break them). I emailed their customer support this Christmas morning and their team got back to me that same morning in less than two hours and said they would be sending me a new set of cases on Wednesday. I haven't had much time to use the chair but I suspect I'll like it and again it feels very sturdy and well built. Additionally, I can attest that you are receiving a product from a company that is responsive and provides excellent service at a time when you would expect an email I sent to be forgotten or to take longer than is acceptable to reply to. .
