This chair is VERY difficult to assemble. Assembling the chair back and chair seat is a chore. The holes in the backrest do not line up exactly with the holes inside the chair. You'll have to play around to find it. I recommend doing the seat back side first. I don't know if you'll want someone else to help you, but if you do, find someone with a lot of patience, because assembling this chair will use up your patience and that of your helper very quickly. Chair covers are very cheap, very difficult to install, and very easy to break. I broke both of mine and threw them away because they were unusable. The rear lumbar support keeps dropping, requiring constant readjustment. It's quite stiff, so if you like hard chairs then you'll probably love this one.
