Review on 🪑 High Back ProGrid Managers Chair with FreeFlex Seat, Adjustable Arms, 3-Position Locking Tilt Control, Seat Slider - Black by Will Aesthetics

We've had this for a few months now and it's turned out to be a pretty decent chair. A definite ergonomic improvement over my wife's POS at her home office. The lumbar support is not adjustable but appears to be in the right place. Otherwise, it has all the adjustable parts it should have; Pallet, armrests, height. The packaging it was shipped in was intended to confuse Revain. There are other comments here as well. I had these sent to my office and received them when I picked them up in the parcel room (delivery by UPS). One of the arms was sticking out of the box. Surprisingly, he appeared undamaged; not even worn. The crate was not big enough for a transpacific container ship from China or elsewhere. Hence only three stars from me. I bet every fifth to tenth of these arrive at the end customer with transport damage and have to be returned. But mine survived the trip and isn't a bad chair.
