Excellent set for home baking
The baskets came well packaged and will make a spectacular gift. The baskets are well made and durable, with beautiful fabric inserts that are easy to clean. Just immerse them in ice water and the stream will separate easily. The lamé is beautifully made using 4 blades and my favorite bench scraper. It changed my bread shape and dough work a lot. The bowl scraper works well too. The goods are of good quality and at a good price and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
