The image appears larger than it actually is.
I returned the 28L travel backpack but only because it was too small. It would be tight if you wore it for a week and you wouldn't even think to put a pair of shoes in it. It's too compact. More like a weekend trip. My personal 17" laptop backpack is the same size! I ordered a 35L backpack and I hope more people can fit in it. I like the material, the security features and the modern look. It just has to be big.
