It's easy to use for my small business needs. I like that it has so many different options when creating forms or reports. There are also some free versions available if you don't need all of their advanced features. The customer support can be slow at times. Sometimes they take more than 24 hours before responding back to your email questions. We have used this product in our office since we started using it about 2 years ago. Our customers love being able to access files from anywhere with an internet connection. They also appreciate how quickly we are able to send out invoices once we get them approved by someone else within the organization.
