What I didn't realize about this one is that it attaches to the dog's collar. Initially I put it on my dog (a Weimaraner with a slim profile head and ears) and she pawed it back off. I measured her collar instead of her neck and didn't consider that she lost weight while at the vet so I should have ordered a smaller size. I was about to return it and then I looked at the packaging and saw the instructions that show you can feed their collar through 3 separate inner nylon loops to help keep the donut on. I didn't see this in the notes or on any of the other ones that I looked at. I fished her collar through 2 of the 3 loops and snapped the collar on and then the blow up ring. Also, make sure you put the inflation plastic mouth piece facing down so your dog can't chew on it. This worked like a charm and I highly recommend to anyone who doesn't want to mess with the e-collar.
