Thing works great. Helps me walk normally without tripping over pebbles. follow up. I've had this bandage for a year now. I actually bought three more for my other shoes. You can only use with lace up shoes if someone didn't know. The flap between the tongue and the elastic opens to let the lace through when tightening, otherwise it won't stay in. Some people didn't know that. I even have one on a low-cut work boot. Anyway, it works great for me. I have nerve damage in my right foot that causes the foot to sag. Maybe not as cruel as the others. Hope this helps anyone who asks
