2nd update - second pot sent from service center got same error code as first but gave error code when testing pot. Customer service was great and they refunded my purchase price but the bank wasn't that big. I liked the look but it's useless to have a pretty pan that doesn't work. Edit/Update - Fantastic customer service, but after about a month and a half to two months I received an error code indicating the pan was completely broken. . After I received the code, I contacted support and they sent me a new one. They responded within minutes of my email (which I sent after 8pm on a Friday night to find the problem) and on Monday morning they shipped a new unit. Everything else has been preserved and works perfectly. I hope I just have a broken device and it's not a system error. I love this pressure cooker! It works just like the Instant Pot and costs a lot less than the cost of an IP. The accessories that come with it are also amazing. I've used egg cups a few times and my eggs come out GREAT hard boiled! I read that Yedi is made by an IP manufacturer and I tried the coverage from my Duo 5qt. It fit and the pot sounded like a lid song. I actually like the display more than the IP. It's a little difficult to clean under the edge of the main body where the lid closes, but it's a minor inconvenience. I use that thing all the time. I'm so glad I found Yedi with all these amazing accessories that I would have bought anyway instead of spending more money on an IP! It comes with some handy charts detailing when to cook and what settings to make for different foods, and it's very accurate. I am very happy with this pot!
