I like how they are able to create an interactive calendar, where you can schedule meetings with your team members easily! It's really helpful when scheduling meeting timeframes because as soon as someone clicks in or out of availability it shows up right away so no more confusion about what day/time works best for everyone involved. The only thing i dislike sometimes is there isn't much room left after allocating timeslots - maybe give us some options? Also if using this app within Outlook we have limited access outside our office hours which could be improved by allowing users from other locations use during non-working days too (but still limit working week). Scheduling staff training sessions has become very effective through booking appointments at different slots throughout each month without having to worry about overbooking dates.
