I was wondering if these blue screen filters actually work or if it's just a marketing gimmick, but after my eyes started straining in the middle of the day I made up my mind to try one of them . To attempt. I was amazed to notice a difference in eye strain from the first moment, this brand seems to work (at least) as advertised, but I can't say that applies to every manufacturer. Unfortunately, the filter doesn't adhere well to the screen - it keeps falling off at the corners and edges. I have followed all the instructions. It will likely just fall off over time.
