I switched from a Garmin 110 to this updated 230 predecessor and I love it! I mainly use it for kilometers and time. It has an automatic pause function and you can also program it to notify you if you are moving too slowly. Text notifications can be read on the screen, and you can also take calls when your phone is near you. I also set up the Garmin app on my phone to sync my info to my Garmin account and it helped with browsing the data. The data can also be displayed on the screen. The buttons are easy to understand! The charger is great and fits well. It will tell you what percentage is left. I only bought the screen protector because I didn't want to risk anything, but I don't need it. There are other features I haven't explored yet.
