I bought this watch after *a lot* of research that I wanted to upgrade to Garmin Forerunner. My friends had the 235 and 630. I was immediately obsessed with them but wanted to make a wise choice and not overpay for a watch with extra features that I didn't need or want to use. UPDATES - I've given up bluetooth and only use USB and Garmin Express. I have GLONASS enabled which is draining the battery so I still have to plug it in. I'm fine without Bluetooth, but if you're expecting notifications and weather on your wrist, the 230 will disappoint. Also, I bought a 1st generation Garmin heart rate monitor and it works perfectly.
