I missed the window to bring it back. Got a replacement. No problem with that. Love it. In any case. I needed another one in a different color. I liked this price. Uhh got it. And it was NOT from storage and it is clear that it was used! There was wrapping paper taped on the box. As if someone had unpacked and sent it back. There were markings on the nose of the lip. Not amused. It's hard to drink and I bought an EXTRA lid with a spout. I don't know how he keeps the cold. But until now. I'm not sure yet if I can keep it. I am very upset that I paid for a NEW product and apparently Amazon sent it to me used. Oh! And I got a voucher with it to buy accessories from the company. Bought him a shoe. $10 and $10 shipping because Amazon doesn't have that color. By the way, there is no trunk yet. So I'm not impressed with the company and will spend more on Hydroflask next time.
