Lots of assembly required - no wiring diagram or instruction video, item not included

Product looks good but requires a lot of assembly during installation. A simple video tutorial or even an electrical circuit can relieve a headache. I've installed several ceiling fans and lights with no problems, this is the first time I've encountered a problem. Customer service had no idea how to connect the product and told me to hire an electrician? HOW WILL THE ELECTRICIAN FIND OUT HOW TO CONNECT THE FAN WITHOUT KNOWING WHICH WIRES SHOULD GO TO WHAT? The crystals are not attached and need to be attached individually with nylon wire, nylon wire is not included.2. The lampholders are not pre-wired and must be connected together by hand (all the black wires are tied together and all the white wires are tied together - the wire nut is not big enough to cover the bare copper bundle and needs to be wrapped with tape), not in the instructions specified .3. The cable going to the fan assembly is 3 wires (red, white and blue) but the outputs only have 2 wires (black and white). Again, no mention in the instructions, 3 wires going to 2 wires without a schematic, confusing, especially since they are all different colors.4. There are 3 separate wires in the fan assembly: red, white, and blue. I'm assuming these wires connect to the fixture's wiring respectively (red to red, blue to blue, white to white). The ceiling input is similar to any other fan, although I think the blue wire on my product is fan power (usually luminous power on other fans), but I can't say for sure.

Pros
  • Ceiling Fans
Cons
  • Everything OK
