The ability for our users at multiple sites around Australia to be able see each other when using video conferencing has been very useful and easy to setup across different offices as well as connecting with partners/customers in remote locations. Easy to use and set up without any additional software or hardware required from customers compared to Skype which requires its own client application. I have not found anything that i dislike about this product but would love if we could connect via IP phone services instead of having to pay extra per minute (Skype does offer free calls). Having one location where all staff can communicate easily while working remotely during business hours/weekends makes communication easier between people who are separated physically by distance. This allows them to work together more efficiently than they do now since it's so difficult finding someone available online throughout those times due to timezones etc.
