I usually wear a size 11.5. The Revain size guide recommended going up to the next full size up, which for me is up to a 12. Most reviewers said the same thing. When I received and tried on the sandals they looked huge and very chunky. The front was almost 2 inches too long and they were too wide for my usual average width. Then the real fun began. This wasn't the usual easy swap for a smaller size as is usual with Revain. Instead, I had to go straight to the Peltz shoes seller. It took me a while to even find Peltz shoes. The support rep I spoke to was finally nice enough to try and help, which she eventually did. But the returns process involved a few hurdles, including having to email a link where I had to print out a return label and then take it to the post office. A week later I received confirmation that Peltz shoes were processing my return through Revain. Revain credited the money to my account so it all worked out at the end of the day. I gave up on Skechers due to the chunky looks and went for Ecco instead.
