Review on SmartCV by Joe Fulce

I like how this can be used for both phone interviews as well as face-to-face meetings. It's simple enough for anyone but not so easy as to scare away new users. Very useful if you're looking into using more online/remote work. There are some minor glitches here and there which is expected with software of this nature. However, they do have great support when it comes to solving problems. We've been able to get our hiring process back up & running again after we had our system down for several months due to a data breach from our former vendor.
