They come in compressed packaging

I bought them as a birthday present for a little girl who loves horses but they were packed in a bag so they were very crumpled. I tried everything to get rid of wrinkles but nothing helped. I thought I could keep them and just let them use them for their dolls but they're not even worth it. They are not at all like the picture. I have decided to send them back.
