Personally, I have a height of 168 and it is absolutely uncomfortable for me to sit. The back after 3 hours starts to hurt, after 5+ hours I want to go to bed so that the back rests after this chair. I’m generally silent about the neck, there is no normal headrest, because of this, after 2 hours, the neck begins to get tired. The rocking mode saves the back, but it's so unrealistic to work at the computer. But nothing saves the neck, I even tried to put something in it, invent something, nothing saves. In any case, either the back or the neck will hurt, but without pillows, the back and neck will hurt together. Chair height. The height of the seat in the highest position is 55 cm. Only 55 cm is in the side of the seat, and in the middle, where you actually sit, it sags up to 52.5 cm (I have a weight of 58 kg, how it sags like that is unknown). But it is easily solved by putting something under your feet. Consider this when buying if you are the same dwarfs. The whole chair began to play after 2 months. But the discomfort due to the backlash is invisible against the background of other shortcomings of this chair)).
