Useful tool in recovering past due invoices
Easy to use for collecting debts from difficult accounts which have been paid off by other companies or not given enough time by collection agency's previous employees who were fired / left before completing work/task of debt collector.
There are no major complaints since it has helped me collect several types of non payment accounts over the last 4 years - good product overall! I do believe that they could provide more training materials about using this service including tips / tricks if needed (which is quite minor). Our department used this particular software to help us improve turnaround times for payments made by small businesses & organizations across Canada.
Pros
- Great tool, easy to understand interface
- Extremely reliable with great customer support team when issues arise at any step along our way.
- Ability gather information very quickly in order obtain account holder contact info so we can reach out directly instead having an automated process where customers get annoyed because there wasn't much communication between them receiving email letters etc.
- Overall fantastic system!! :)
- Very helpful staff available through phone call
