Review on Process automation by Johnny Snyder

I like how it helps to keep track of all of our processes. It is easy to use and allows us to continue to add more features as we need them. The customer service could be better. We have had to contact support multiple times with questions or issues that were not able to be solved with their support team. There are other products out there that offer similar functionality and do so at a lower cost. This product is good for companies who have an established process in place and want to automate some of the repetitive tasks. It does help to streamline and make sure that everything runs smoothly. It also has helped to reduce errors by allowing us to check off each step along the way.
