Review on Cuisinart DFP 14BCNY Processor Brushed Stainless by Daniel Fung

Great if it works but I haven't been able to use mine for months. The motor doesn't break, but the plastic does, and when you ask for a replacement part you wait forever for it to arrive. In my case it was the wrong part when it arrived and when I asked them to replace it I was sent back from one carrier to another. After 5 (that's 5) calls over 3+ weeks the part came but it's not the same as the one that was sent to me the first time. While all this is happening you have an expensive car on the counter that you cannot use. It's not worth it.
