This food processor does nothing that is advertised.

This machine has a bad design. The video accompanying the ad says it can work with bread and other hard dough. This is false advertising. My first bet was today and I was trying to make a loaf of bread. The dough has risen under the knife, down the cylinder and clogged the entire bottom of the mixing bowl. The car was hot. He cooked the dough under the knife to look like pasta and rolled it up so tightly it couldn't be removed in any way I could think of.

cuisinart does not support this product!

Great if it works but I haven't been able to use mine for months. The motor doesn't break, but the plastic does, and when you ask for a replacement part you wait forever for it to arrive. In my case it was the wrong part when it arrived and when I asked them to replace it I was sent back from one carrier to another. After 5 (that's 5) calls over 3+ weeks the part came but it's not the same as the one that was sent to me the first time. While all this is happening you have an expensive car on…

Huge disappointment

This is my third Cuisinart stand mixer since 1994; I've always relied on my Cuisinarts (I'm a former caterer) for various purposes, couldn't imagine cooking without them and was thrilled to get the new model. I am incredibly disappointed and have decided to throw away this poor quality product. Each time I use it, at least 1/3 cup of any mixture remains under the blade and only the ingredients around the outer edge are properly mixed, so I end up pouring out the contents and mixing by hand. The

sharp blades; quality motor; Some trial and error required

I bought this processor primarily to shred beef from various cuts of steak and it does an excellent job. I also used it to make mustard. Attention: The plastic bowl is easily scratched and dirty. There's little to no way to avoid this, since whatever you're trying to process will rub against the sides of the bowl a bit. Also, I noticed that when making the mustard, a lot of the mixture spilled out first. through the lid seal. The liquid portion of the mustard was well below the recommended…

My best friend is the best in small appliances

This thing. this is my best friend Hands down, no kidding, I'm in love. I don't use it every day and sometimes for a week or so but when I need it it's there. And it never lets me down, as soon as I use it for something I look around the kitchen to see what else I can chop/chop/hack because it's fun to use and incredibly easy is. I'm mad at myself for waiting so long to buy one. This is the most expensive product I have ever bought for my kitchen (appliances not included) and I would very much…

Efficient and practical food processor

I received this machine as a gift about a week ago. It is already being used in my home kitchen! Just today I diced mushrooms and onions, grated cheese and chopped strawberries, apples and tomatoes. They were all beautifully done without damaging the food. This resulted in perfectly grated cheese, nicely sliced fruit and veg, and the mushrooms and onions were diced just right for my homemade "cream soup." I'm amazed at the speed at which it processes and still has smooth clean cuts with no…

Corresponds to industrial equipment!

I have been working in professional kitchens for many years. When it comes to cooking, the right tool can usually turn an hour-long task into a minute-long one. Here's a good example: I cooked 4 pounds of pickled jalapenos (about 50 peppers). When slicing thin with a knife, I can work about 15 seconds per pepper (assuming that's the only job I have to worry about). For 50 peppers I need about 12.5 minutes. With the chopping attachment on this food processor and after removing all of my peppers,
