My best friend is the best in small appliances

This thing. this is my best friend Hands down, no kidding, I'm in love. I don't use it every day and sometimes for a week or so but when I need it it's there. And it never lets me down, as soon as I use it for something I look around the kitchen to see what else I can chop/chop/hack because it's fun to use and incredibly easy is. I'm mad at myself for waiting so long to buy one. This is the most expensive product I have ever bought for my kitchen (appliances not included) and I would very much like to buy it again. The only thing is it's too big to fit on my counter under the wall cabinets. If you're a bit obsessive about your countertops being tidy like I am, this will only bother you for the full 5 minutes until you use it. It now has pride of place on my peninsula because 1) it's too heavy to keep moving and 2) it deserves it. I came up with a list of reasons to justify the expense because I'm cheap and had to convince myself to buy this and since I've had it I've expanded the list exponentially. If you are a stingy person like me and struggling with yourself, please use the following reasons to make your culinary life easier. You can use it to "shred" meat, saving you money on groceries. You will no longer struggle with uneven tomato/onion/potato slices. Kids (and spouses who survived a kitchen disaster) can easily operate it if they're skilled enough not to cut themselves. Safety Features - You cannot bring any part of your body anywhere near these blades while they are working, just use common sense when handling them. It's dishwasher safe, but also insanely easy to hand wash (no crevices to hide food). Homemade salsa, spaghetti sauce, salsa verde and 100 other dishes are super easy to make with all the work. The shredder attachment saves your knuckles from the deadly shredder. It will last you almost forever and make you try foods you've never cooked before simply because you can. Buy, love, cut anything that catches your eye.
