Luckily my department store drew my attention to this shampoo and I gave it a try. Was pleasantly surprised by the results! My hair tends to be heavy, dry and unruly; but after just one use of the shampoo it became noticeably silkier and softer! I later tried a leave-in conditioner, the result was the same. Don't be intimidated by the fact that the shampoo looks watery and doesn't lather very much, or that it smells "different" than most shampoos! The results are great! Highly recommended!
