Overall the product is excellent, so far this brand has had no problems, I will give this seller the best feedback if they can replace 1 of the 2 purchased, a HOMT2020230CP had an internal mechanical problem from the start. I knew this was going to be a problem even after I managed to finally turn on the mechanical toggle switch and indeed a customer call said they couldn't reset their new switch I installed on the new panel upgrade.
