Great product and MobileCityOnline shipped and handled everything correctly. All necessary parts and equipment were included in the ad. I bought this stand to use in a 2015 Chevy Express work truck. My company is supplying an iPad for managing field service jobs and I needed something to mount and secure mine within sight and reach. I installed the base on my metal center console and the only thing I added were some pressure relief washers. . It's been holding up really well for two weeks. The arm is very rigid but articulated without much effort, making it very easy to adjust the viewing angle. It won't move unless you want it to. There is vibration when driving, but that was to be expected. At first I thought the latches weren't tight enough and my tablet would fly, but that wasn't a problem. My iPad 4th generation comes in a sturdy Griffin case and fits very well. There's over an inch of expansion left in the clasps, so I'm assuming this mount will definitely fit.
