Bad. Bought the balls after reading several 5 star reviews. Maybe we received a lot of "bad" balls. but . after about 2 weeks of use. Spheres lose their shape and become "out of round". Balls are deformed. In this case, the balls bounce off the pitch irregularly. very disappointed. UPDATE: Support contacted me about problems. Replacement balls have been sent and I am currently using them. The balls seem to be working fine. Raising the rating for this support team quickly helped resolve the issue. They definitely stand behind their product. Would order products from them again knowing they would try to resolve any issues quickly.
