Review on 🟢 OLFA 9881 RM-SG 18x24-Inch Self-Healing Double-Sided Rotary Mat in Green by Elaine Olek

I was excited to get this cutting mat, but even though it's the perfect size and has great markings that can be really useful, it smells awful. I unpacked it and in a few minutes the smell spread through the three rooms of my apartment. It's an unpleasant rubber smell, very unpleasant. So I finally read the other reviews and realized I'm not the only customer with this problem. There doesn't seem to be any solution other than to find another brand. I have an old Olfa cutting mat from about thirty years ago that has never smelled.
