I use it on my face and neck in the mornings with moisturizer and red light therapy. I have found that with strong but comfortable pressure and movements that follow the contours of the face and neck, you awaken the facial muscles and improve circulation. I have also found that if I find an uncomfortable pressure point and focus on the most appropriate part of the gua sha, I can reduce discomfort. This is a great tool that requires no electricity and just depends on your effort and practice. It's smooth and comfortable with no sharp edges. Be careful not to drop it as it may break. It arrived very nicely packaged. I bought a few as Mother's Day gifts. Highly recommended!
