I use it on my face and neck in the mornings with moisturizer and red light therapy. I have found that with strong but comfortable pressure and movements that follow the contours of the face and neck, you awaken the facial muscles and improve circulation. I have also found that if I find an uncomfortable pressure point and focus on the most appropriate part of the gua sha, I can reduce discomfort.
