Relieves swelling and muscle tension
The product is comfortable and so hard that it does not break with use. It comes with a small booklet with instructors and reasons for using it. After watching videos and other people's results with this product, I had to buy a gua sha stone and try it myself. This reduced muscle tension and general facial swelling.
