Works well, but you can't really use every clip.

Started replacing the back of my workbench. Over the years I've tried many different things. They are much better than perforated plate screwdriver holders, but you can only use all the clips if you have small screwdrivers. I used an assortment and they were still too tight. Requires some planning but I like them. They are NOT meant to be "pinned in" - they have two screw holes so they can be screwed into any surface. Two holders with large loops are designed for two-handed tools such as pliers. But they don't work well with contoured grips and not at all with heavier grips.
