The best part about BIS was that they were very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with my questions and concerns. They were also very responsive when I needed to get things done quickly. Their rates were quite expensive for what you got - it's not like they're charging you for their time or expertise. I would say that the customer service could have been better. I had some issues with one of the employees who seemed unresponsive at times. I'd recommend them, but keep your expectations low on pricing, as well as the customer service side. We used them for consulting on our ERP system, which involved migrating from an outdated system to a much more modern one.
