It helped us to manage our operations efficiently with its features like integration & data collection from multiple sources that can be used for analytics purposes as well. The ability it provides you by analyzing your business processes helps me understand my clients better about their operation process which leads them towards success or failure point thereby helping improve customer satisfaction level among other things too! I have no dislikes because everything has been great so far though

The best part about BIS was that they were very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with my questions and concerns. They were also very responsive when I needed to get things done quickly. Their rates were quite expensive for what you got - it's not like they're charging you for their time or expertise. I would say that the customer service could have been better. I had some issues with one of the employees who seemed unresponsive at times. I'd recommend them, but keep your expectations

The best part about BI solutions are that they have been designed to meet our needs as well those which we didn't even know existed! It's not often you find an IT solution with so much flexibility for your business requirements - but this one does it better than most others out there!!
