It helped us to manage our operations efficiently with its features like integration & data collection from multiple sources that can be used for analytics purposes as well. The ability it provides you by analyzing your business processes helps me understand my clients better about their operation process which leads them towards success or failure point thereby helping improve customer satisfaction level among other things too! I have no dislikes because everything has been great so far though i am not sure how much this tool will help if there are any problems at some stage but we haven't faced such situations yet since implementation started few months back now!!
