I like how it is so easy to use, you don't need much training at all! It's very intuitive, but also has some great features for more advanced users who want to get into customizing their dashboards. It is easy to use, with very little training needed when you get it set up correctly for your business needs. The only problem we have with this program so far was there seems no option in place where you can keep your budgeted amounts up-to date along side other transactions which are not yet settled (ie pending). The best feature is its integration with multiple platforms like Salesforce, Pipelines etc., which makes it easy to track all tasks in one place without having any confusion regarding what has been done or hasn't!
