Great "updated " box and great customer support

Initial confusion arose when the cable modem was shipped with the wrong power adapter. After calling tech support, they sent the required adapter and in just a few days I had it. The cable modem is now working as expected.

Pros

Works the same as the SB6180 but faster and more reliable!
