The quality was disappointing, the product is bad.

I bought one as soon as they were available, but she didn't even last a year before she passed away. There was no time to fix or replace it, so I just started using the second one, but it was on a regular charge (not a glass-glass charge), and it was something I bought in the United States. Furthermore, it operates at less than 110 volts accordingly, and I was extremely startled when it started working flawlessly (and continues to work perfectly to this day!) from our 220 volts of electricity. After that, I moved to Hong Kong, where time seemed to pass much more slowly than in my previous location. I took the broken device to M. Video in the hopes that they could fix it for a fee, at the very least. In M. Video. I was directed to the Philips factory to meet with them. AND THE MOST INTERESTING RESULTS WERE FOUND TO BE HERE! The representative responded to my question through a WhatsApp conversation, stating that the service life of the brush is two years and that it is not repairable. In another context, this could mean that Philips does not want to communicate with customers. I had only two years to submit my application! He drafted the letter in a manner that was polite but sent the message that "We are extremely sorry, but in fact we deeply do not care, because in the end we will not help you with anything." Balobolstvo that does not produce such results. Paid the price of 18,500 for it. The final result is that the brush is thrown away, and if you are willing to spend 19 thousand on a brush for two years of operation, then there is no reason not to. GET SUCH A BRUSH ON A BASIC CHARGING STAND AND DO NOT OVERPAY FOR A GLASS IS MY TIP SINCE YOU WILL NOT USE A BUNCH OF MODES ANYWAY. It is not necessary to keep the brush charging all the time because a single charge is sufficient for almost a month's worth of use. After that, the wires that are on the sink are, of course, unnecessary.

Pros
  • Glass-Charging is a practical option.
Cons
  • She passed away a year later, and there is no chance of saving her!
