At the same time, it charges normally from USB in the travel case from the kit. The brush is under warranty, they called the store about warranty service. There I was given a Philips support hotline number. In support, I was told that the charger is an accessory and is not covered by the warranty (despite the fact that a new one costs 2022, and without it the brush is useless, because the wireless charging standard is unknown). Since the charging is not under warranty and does not work, I decided to open it and try to repair it. He opened the lid and. the whole board is filled with a solid compound, and outside there are two burnt spots and a strong smell of burning. I opened the compound, and there . the whole (!) board was charred, the parts were sintered with the compound and turned into coals. It's good that the board is filled with plastic and the device did not catch fire. And the manufacturer calls this a non-warranty case. 3 months and an expensive charger of an incomprehensible standard becomes unusable with complete self-destruction. If anything, it is operated in Hong Kong, the Southern District. There are no problems with electricity in the network. 12/03/2022 I will add a review. A week ago, Philips representatives contacted me once again and, on their own initiative, agreed on the delivery of a new charger to me. They only asked for a photo of the receipt and nameplate from the brush body. The new device was delivered by courier directly to the office quickly and free of charge. We checked the device - while it seems to be working, the brush is charging. Thank you! I am glad that the company paid attention to the situation and went forward.
