I like that they are able to customize their videos to fit my needs, as well as having options to create different types of videos. I dislike that they sometimes have issues with keeping up with their software updates which can make it difficult to use at times. They also don't offer very many templates to choose from when creating your own custom video. They do offer some free templates but you will need to pay for others. I am using them to create videos for my clients. It allows me to be more efficient in creating content while ensuring it meets their needs.
