It is recommended to take 6 gummies a day for the first 21 days, which means that you have to buy 2 bottles first, since a bottle only contains 60 and that more is not a month's supply. That's more than I'm usually willing to spend as I'm skeptical after trying many other products and supplements and none of them have worked. I didn't see this recommendation when I ordered and was disappointed when I read it on the bottle but I ended up buying another bottle and she's been taking it for a month so far and I haven't noticed any change. I like the composition, my daughter likes the taste, but so far nothing. I'd like to keep giving her phosphatidylserine for at least a few more months, but I think I'll try another, cheaper brand.
