This computer was used and did not work. The screen does not turn on but flashes blue. This computer cost over $200 and was the only gift my daughter wanted. They will not refund me because I bought the computer in October but postponed it until today December 21st. I gave it to her earlier because she needs it for school. It was still unopened in the box. This computer has been used and is not working, the seller should refund my money or replace the product, but all I was told was that I am stuck with this non-working laptop because I have until November 1st to return it, I left it unopened as it was a gift so didn't know I was wasting money ruining my daughter's Christmas.
