Update: (10/18/21) 3 months (date of purchase 7/18/21) and it still doesn't give gas every time I use it. Burns eyes and nose/sinuses. I will be back periodically to let you know if this ever stops. Until then, keep looking! (08/20/21) works great, stinks horribly. I've used it several times since delivery, first time I thought ok there must be some extra gas, it's been gasing every time I use it and my whole house has been smelling of burning for 24 hours. Eyes and sinuses smell of smoke. My next task will be to put it on the gas grill and see if I can burn it. We will come back to inform you. If that doesn't work I'll come back to change my review. I bought this stone to replace one that broke while baking bread. This one is very"strong".
