BETTER for sensitive and dry skin!
I have very sensitive and dry skin and this is perfect. It doesn't feel very moisturizing at first as it has a more watery texture, but it does feel hydrated deep within your skin. I mean, you can't expect too much from a toner in general. Recommend this product!
