I bought this to protect my desk from possible exit from the iMac stand and to have some space underneath. They're a little taller than I expected, but not too much to affect usage. Everything was very easy to put together. Thanks to the glass it looks a lot prettier than a typical coated MDF coaster and keeps my industrial aesthetic. I was originally going to buy a different set but ended up buying these parts because the price difference was worth it. I am very satisfied with them and I can also recommend them highly.
